As we wrap up our second year, I want to personally thank every athlete and family who has been part of this journey.
The growth we have seen in our athletes—both on and off the floor—has been incredible. Their commitment, work ethic, and willingness to be coached have helped create a culture built on development, accountability, and teamwork.
As we look ahead to the Fall of 2026, I’m excited to welcome returning and new student-athletes, continue building our community, and launch our new High School Program.

ERIK TURNER
Founder & Academy Director
He is an NLL Champion with the Colorado Mammoth, former Las Vegas Desert Dogs player, and NCAA Division I student-athlete and graduate of Cornell University in the Ivy League. With more than 17 years of lacrosse experience and over 10 years coaching and program leadership in Canada and the U.S., Erik combines elite playing experience with a dedication and passion for lacrosse development.
His coaching philosophy focuses on skill development, accountability, leadership, and helping athletes become better players, teammates, and people. Through Apex Lacrosse Academy, Erik is committed to creating an environment where athletes are challenged, supported, and equipped for long-term success both on and off the floor and field.
